The funeral of a loved one is inevitably a time of sadness and grief: however, it can also be a time to celebrate that life. It is a very personal event and  the way it is organised and managed should be the choice of those involved.

Funerals can be arranged by a funeral director or by the family and friends of the deceased. We will do all we can to be of assistance.

Plots are available as needed, but may be reserved and paid for in advance for future use. The grave can be either in an area that will be wooded or in an open glade with wild flowers.

A member of staff will be at Deerton on the day of the funeral.  The car park gates will be unlocked providing room for approximately thirty cars. There is an eco-friendly surface beneath the grass for safety purposes.

There is a Portaloo available but it is not appropriate for wheelchairs.
